Sales and Business Administrator
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Assist customers in choosing supplements based on their fitness goals.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide expert advice.
- Drive sales through excellent service, upselling, and product recommendations.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Business Administration
- Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Process invoices, sales records, and track financial reports.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in running promotions, social media content, and events.
Operations & Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers and coordinate deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in sales, retail, or business administration (fitness/nutrition is a plus)
- Knowledge of gym supplements and fitness products
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, POS systems, social media tools)
- Organized, self-motivated, and works well independently or in a team
- Background in fitness, nutrition, or personal training (bonus)
- Experience with social media or marketing (advantageous)
