Job Description:
- We are seeking a vibrant, smart, and energetic NYSC Corps member currently serving in Port Harcourt to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
- This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on corporate experience during your service year.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements for The Position of Customer Service Representative At Odixcity Consulting:
