The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) is a non-profit agricultural research-for-development organization headquartered in Ibadan, Nigeria, focused on developing science-based solutions to some of Africa’s major challenges, including food insecurity, malnutrition, poverty, environmental degradation, and the effects of climate change.
