Job Title: Account Specialist
Report to: Regional Account Management Lead
Job Description
- We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Specialist to join our growing Bolt Business team in Nigeria.
- This role is designed to drive growth by managing a portfolio of existing clients, strengthening relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- You will report directly to the Regional Account Management Lead and play a key role in delivering value through excellent account management.
Responsibilities
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing Bolt Business clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Respond to client queries via email, phone, and other channels in a timely manner.
- Create account plans aimed at growing volume and value, including upselling new features.
- Collaborating with the Sales team to acquire, onboard new clients, and manage existing ones.
- Work with international teams to address local client needs and issues.
- Identify and implement scalable solutions to drive portfolio growth using automation and multi-channel communication
Requirements
About you:
- You have 1+ years of experience in account management or sales roles.
- You excel in communication, both written and verbal, and are confident interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
- You have strong relationship management skills and are highly organized in managing tasks and priorities.
- You’re a proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and a sense of ownership.
- You have experience with account planning and identifying upsell opportunities based on client needs.
- You are comfortable working with international, cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
