Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for media and technology

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, and social media.
  • Acquisition of New Clients for Business and Financial

Revenue Growth:

  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage client accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our services.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Represent the Company:

  • Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to promote Sammy Dove Multimedia Services.

Stay updated:

  • Maintain knowledge of current trends and best practices within the multimedia industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development or sales, or a related role, preferably in the media or creative industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and Canvas
  • A strong understanding of the multimedia industry and its trends, and access to an important network of HNIs
