Job Title: Aftersales Manager Assistant
Job Description
- An exciting opportunity exists for a proactive and detail-oriented Aftersales Manager Assistant to join our team.
- This role supports the Aftersales Manager in driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the service department to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal resource utilization.
- Support personnel management and contribute to achieving departmental goals.
- Handle administrative duties including warehouse inventory, staff attendance, and repair order management, while maintaining high quality standards.
- Collect and analyze data related to customer satisfaction and monitor market trends for service improvement.
Requirements
- HND or higher qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an after-sales or customer support role.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a good work ethic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and after-sales management systems.

Salary
N100,000 – N130,000 / month.
