Job Summary
- We are seeking ambitious, intelligent, and customer-focused graduates to join our Management Trainee – Banking Officers Program.
- The program is designed to develop high-potential individuals into well-rounded banking professionals through structured training, mentorship, and practical exposure to various banking functions.
- Successful candidates will gain experience across Retail Banking, Branch Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Relationship Management, Credit, Compliance, and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in structured classroom and on-the-job training.
- Gain practical knowledge of branch banking operations and procedures.
- Support account opening, customer onboarding, and documentation processes.
- Assist customers with banking products, services, and account-related enquiries.
- Support customer acquisition and relationship management activities.
- Generate leads and promote appropriate banking products and services.
- Assist with deposit mobilization, cross-selling, and business development initiatives.
- Support branch officers in maintaining accurate customer and transaction records.
- Assist in processing banking transactions in line with approved procedures.
- Learn and apply the bank’s policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of assigned activities.
- Participate in branch sales campaigns and customer engagement activities.

- Take on progressively higher responsibilities based on performance and successful completion of the trainee program.
