Job Summary
- The CIG Group Management Trainee Program is a dynamic, intensive development initiative aimed at grooming the next generation of leaders across our diverse business portfolio:
- CIG Motors – Automobile
- Lagride – E-Hailing Services
- Lontor Hi-Tech – Home Appliances
- Gree – Air Conditioning Solutions
- As a Management Trainee, you will be strategically placed within one of our business units, working in key departments alongside experienced professionals. You will:
- Gain hands-on experience in real business operations.
- Contribute meaningfully to high-impact projects.
- Develop critical leadership, problem-solving, and business management skills.
- Build a strong foundation for a long-term career within the CIG Group.
Requirements for CIG Group Management Trainee Program 2025
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable Nigerian or Foreign University.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or work experience in a corporate environment is a plus
- Minimum 2:1 (2nd Class Upper) Grade.
- Not more than 26 years old.
- Completion of the NYSC Program.
